Bonnie Hines, LMHP
Bonnie Hines, M.S. LMHP, specializes in helping traumatized children become able to trust and
bond with their parents and caregivers. The term "traumatized" generally refers to children who
have lived with abuse or neglect or those children who have lost a parent or who have been in
more than one home. She believes that children have reasons for acting the way that they do and
when those reasons can be brought to conscious thought they are then free to make better
choices.
Children are seen with their parent(s) if that is possible. Bonnie also provides individual therapy
using several different methods including play therapy.
